Top Fuel Efficient Cars In India

If planning to Buy Petrol Car Then The below-mentioned cars is for you :)

Below is the list of most fuel-efficient petrol cars on sale in India today.
Though the figures quoted ahead are ARAI certified, they do not reflect real-world efficiency figures as those tests are conducted in the lab under ideal conditions.
1. Datsun Redigo - 25.17kpl
Datsun’s Redigo, when powered by the 54hp, 0.8-litre engine, shares the top spot with the identically equipped Renault Kwid. The brand has also introduced a 68 bhp, 1.0 litre model of the tall boy hatchback, with an AMT Version is Expected to launch in January 2018. While the Redigo isn’t the most well-equipped or most spacious car, with prices starting at Rs 2.81 lakh (on-road, Delhi), the frugal engine and its styling, the Redigo is a decent buy.
2.Renault Kwid - 25.17kpl
The rugged-looking Renault hatchback shares the 0.8-litre engine with the Redigo, and the same ARAI-rated fuel-efficiency figure. Slightly more premium and spacious interiors, along with a touchscreen infotainment system on the top-spec trim, are a few of the reasons to go for the Kwid, whose prices start at Rs 3.22 lakh (on-road, Delhi). A 1.0-litre version and an AMT variant are also available.
3. Maruti Alto 800 - 24.7kpl
There’s a good reason why the Alto 800 is one of India’s most popular small cars – its price (staring at Rs 2.83 lakh on-road, Delhi), its fuel efficiency and Maruti’s extensive service network. The 48hp, 796cc motor helps the lightweight car to post the third-best fuel efficiency figure on this list.
4. Maruti Alto K10 - 24.07kpl
It is a better-looking and more upmarket version of the Alto 800, with a peppy and 68hp, 1.0-litre engine. It’s a great choice as an urban runabout with a price tag starting at Rs 3.71 lakh (on-road, Delhi). It also comes with an automatic variant that is claimed to be just as fuel efficient as the manual.
5. Tata Tiago - 23.84kpl
Priced from Rs 3.60 lakh (on-road, Delhi), the Tiago is a good-looking hatchback that features a stylish, yet practical interior and decent levels of equipment. Its size and features put it in a segment that's slightly above the other cars, but the 85hp, 1.2-litre engine is a bit lacklustre in terms of performance. An AMT version is also on offer.
6. Tata Nano GenX - 23.6kpl
While the Nano GenX is a marked improvement over the original Nano, the package is let down by its image, poor ride quality and lack of luggage space. However, it is the most affordable car in India with prices starting at Rs 2.55 lakh (on-road, Delhi). Along with the price tag, the efficient 38hp, 624cc engine, interior space and manoeuvrability in tight spaces are a few of the reasons to buy one.
7. Maruti Celerio - 23.1kpl
Maruti brought out a minor facelift of Celerio recently, priced from Rs 4.68 lakh (on-road, Delhi); though not much had changed. Besides a claim that the hatchback has been upgraded to meet upcoming Indian safety norms in terms of pedestrian, offset and side impact regulations, the model is more or less the same, with Maruti having missed the opportunity to equip it with a touchscreen infotainment system. The 68hp, 1.0-litre three-cylinder motor is shared with the Alto K10 and an AMT transmission is also an option.
8. Maruti Dzire - 22kpl
The new Dzire pairs Maruti’s frugal 83hp, 1.2-litre petrol engine to a lightweight body, making it the most fuel-efficient petrol sedan (albeit a compact one) on sale in India. The Dzire is the largest-selling compact sedan for a great many reasons, not limited to its peppy performance, fuel efficiency, cabin room and equipment. Priced from Rs 6.08 lakh (on-road, Delhi).
9. Maruti Baleno - 21.4kpl
While Maruti may have positioned the Baleno as a premium offering with prices starting at Rs 5.89 lakh (on-road, Delhi), it features all the things that Maruti cars are known for, from the 84hp 1.2-litre engine to the lightweight platform and body. A decently long equipment list, strong performance and a nice cabin are a few of the highlights.
10. Hyundai Eon (0.8-litre) - 21.1kpl
Hyundai’s Eon may not be the freshest car in the market, but the 56hp, 814cc motor is still one of the most fuel-efficient ones available. The engine’s downside is its lacklustre performance. Higher variants of this hatchback are very decently equipped but are a bit too expensive compared to rivals. Prices start at Rs 3.66 lakh (on-road, Delhi).

The All New 2018 Bajaj Avenger Launched - An Overview

Bajaj has updated the popular cruiser bike, the Avenger for the 2018 year. Bajaj showcased the new Avenger 220 a few days back and now the model has been launched at Rs. 93,466 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Both the variants Street and Cruise carry the same price tag.
Image result for bajaj avenger 2018 model
Bajaj has only updated the 220 version of the bike as it is the most popular choice for the customers. The new bike also gets new features and updates. Both the versions now get a new headlamp which looks different on both the variants. The headlamps also get LED DRLs. The new digital instrument cluster also gets a new backlit – blue on the Cruise and Orange on the Street. There is also a new tall shroud that shields the instrument cluster from direct sunlight. The new cluster looks quite modern and gets a speedometer, two trip meters and fuel gauge. There’s a service reminder too.
The mechanical bits of the bikes remain unchanged. The 220cc, single-cylinder engine produces a maximum of 18.8 Bhp and 17.5 Nm. The ABS is still missing from the bike but is expected in the future version. Bajaj is also planning to discontinue the Avenger 150 and launch a higher powered Avenger 180 in the market. Even though the bike is higher powered than the Gixxer and similarly loaded with features, it undercuts the price of the Japanese offering.
The 2018 Avenger gets a new Moon White paint scheme too. Other updates include a new revised, tall windscreen mounted on the chromed bracket and ape-hanger handlebar. The cruise variant gets wire-spoke wheels with 17-inch front and 15-inch rear. The backrest gets Avenger inscribed on it. The street version gets black alloy wheels, a smaller cowl above the headlamp, a new matte black exhaust with an aluminium finish heat shield and tip and a new grab rail. The seats have been updated with a new texture that helps the riders during the long distance rides.

TVS Apache RR 310 Priced Drop !!!!

The recently launched TVS Apache RR 310S price in Kerala has lowered Down ! In Kerala, the bike starts at just 1.99 lakhs while 3 other states have to pay Rs. 2.05 lakhs, ex-showroom, the price at which it was originally launched. 20 other states of India have to pay a higher Rs. 2.15 lakhs ex-showroom price for the bike.
Image result for tvs apache rr310
The lower price tag for Kerala is a conscious decision by TVS Motors in order to escape the higher 20 % road tax that the state charges for motorcycles priced above Rs. 2 lakhs. To escape this road tax and give the Apache RR 310S a big price advantage over its direct rival – the KTM RC 390 – TVS Motors has priced it just below Rs. 2 lakhs.
Bikes priced below 2 lakhs pay only 10 % the ex-showroom price as road tax. In case of the latest Apache, it means that on-road price will be lower by nearly Rs. 20,000, which is a large amount of money. This move from TVS Motors is expected to eat into the sales of the KTM RC 390 in Kerala. Will KTM also cut prices of the RC390? Let’s wait and watch. For now the on-road price gap between the 2 bikes is a hefty Rs. 68,000 in Kerala.

HONDA GRAZIA new Rival SUZUKI URGMAN Street premium maxi-scooter launch soon

Suzuki has developed a premium scooter for India, and it’s called the Burgman Street. The Burgman is a nameplate associated with Suzuki’s flagship scooter family and, currently, Suzuki produces one in 125, 200, 250, 400 and 600cc guises for international markets. This is the first time the Burgman brand will come to India and it will also develop the Burgman Street scooter indigenously to cater to the premium scooter segment.
Image result for suzuki burgman 125
The Burgman Street will be the first maxi-scooter to go on sale in India since the Kinetic Blaze. It will be a feature-rich scooter and is expected to offer, among other things, a fully digital instrument cluster, a telescopic fork, a disc brake at the front-end, a multi-function key slot, generous underseat storage, a 12V charging socket, tubeless tyres and an LED tail-lamp. The Burgman range, internationally, has focused on comfort more than a sporty intent and the  Street is expected to do the same in our market. The images suggest that the Burgman Street won’t be running excessively fat tyres but the rim size at the rear does appear to be quite large and could be a 14-inch unit, so far only seen on the Aprilia SR 150.
Typical of the Burgman family, the Street, too, will be elaborately styled and we expect to see a unique front-end thanks to a large apron and an unusual windscreen. The seat, going by Burgman family traits, should be wide and comfortable with a pronounced step between the rider and pillion pads. The Street also appears to share its mirrors with the Suzuki Gixxer and the exhaust, too, appears to have a stylish shroud.
We expect the Suzuki Burgman Street to be priced around the Rs 70,000 mark where it will compete with the Aprilia SR150.
If Suzuki goes with a 150cc motor on the Burgman Street, it’ll have to eventually add ABS as new government regulations mandate ABS for all two wheelers with engine capacities of over 125cc. A 125cc engine means that Suzuki can get away by adding CBS or a combi-braking system, which is already seen on a range of Honda automatic scooters sold here. We’ll know more such details after the actual at the Expo.

Keeping in with the manufacturer’s latest design language, the Nexon compact SUVhas all the design elements of a modern Tata car. These comprise of –  The Humanity Line, Diamond DLO and the Slingshot Line. Designers have also made use of ceramic finish appliques in the front bumper, window line and the at the back. The best part about the design is that it stays true to the concept that was showcased a few years back. Tata has stated that the looks will take precedence and that they will be targeting a younger demographic.

The interior is also nearly identical to the ones we saw in the concept. The rear seat space and headroom is decent in spite of the coupe-ish roofline. When launched, the Nexon will be unlike any other compact SUV on sale thanks to its coupe-like silhouette, dual tone colour scheme and the use of ceramic applique all around. The dashboard features a very Audi-like floating touchscreen. Bits like the steering wheel come from other Tata products. All New Maruti Suzuki Swift 2018 Overview and Comparison with Old Swift

Maruti has stopped producing the 2nd generation Swift hatchback in anticipation of the all-new, 3rd generation model. The all-new 2018 Swift will be launched at the 2018 Indian Auto Expo. The car is expected to be one of biggest launches of this year. Prices are expected to start from Rs. 4.99 lakhs, which is about Rs. 10,000 more than the outgoing model’s starting price. The top-end ZDi diesel version of the new Swift is expected to carry a price tag of Rs. 7.99 lakhs, ex-showroom Delhi. No CNG/LPG versions are expected to be offered.
As these prices indicate, the new Swift will continue to sit under the Baleno in terms of positioning. The car will compete with the Hyundai Grand i10 and the Ford Figo. It’ll be similar in size to the outgoing model but is expected to offer more space to its occupants.
The engines and manual gearboxes will be carried over but the 3rd generation Swift will be based on a lighter HEARTECT platform. This platform uses high tensile steel that is stronger yet lighter than the steel used on the older Swift.

1. 2018 Maruti Swift vs Old Model Swift – Exterior Design Comparison

There is no denying that the 2017 Maruti Swift’s design has the essence of the original supermini. While the styling is more evolutionary than revolutionary, the 2017 model looks sportier and more premium. The basic silhouette has been carried over from the old model and the DLOs of the two generations are largely similar. However, the 2017 Maruti Swift features many new design elements that help it to look matured and sophisticated. The front of the car sports a gaping hexagonal grille that imparts a sporty character. The bumper features large intakes and a rather discreet splitter. The headlamps look a lot sleeker and the top variant will feature a projector setup and LED DRLs.

2. 2018 Maruti Swift vs Old Model Swift – Interior Design Comparison

The interior of the 2017 Maruti Swift looks much sportier and more premium. The dashboard looks more upmarket. The rectangular AC vents have been replaced by round ones. The centre console features a Smartplay infotainment system and circular HVAC controls. The steering wheel is new and looks sportier due to the round boss. Another highlight is the twin-pod speedo console that also features a larger, high res Multi-Information Display (MID).
